Jenny has worked in the retail industry for over 10 years with leading retail group Lane Crawford Joyce Group. During her tenure, she managed an annual budget of US$20M across Hong Kong, China and South East Asia; working directly with over 100 brands, including top tier European and American luxury brands. This included negotiation of seasonal terms with brand partners and long-term strategic brand building plans.

As the key merchant for the On Pedder account, she was responsible for identifying categories for growth, expanding existing businesses and introducing new opportunities to drive double digit growths. Jenny was also instrumental in conceptualizing and executing seasonal projects to reinforce market positioning and generate new business prospects through sourcing of new brands.

 

Business strategy included analysis of sales performance, directing strategic focus, determining merchandise directions and planning of seasonal budgets.
